Product condition grades
When you shop our floor inventory, each listing shows a condition so you know what to expect before you visit. Use the ? next to a condition on the site to jump back to this section.
- New
- Unboxed in store straight from factory, brand new product.
- A Class
- No scratches or dents on the front of the machine (may still be slight damage on the sides).
- B Class
- Minor damage, 1–2 dents on the face of the machine max.
- C Class
- 3 or more damages on the face.
- Used
- Used products. Tested in store. Come with a 1 year parts and labor warranty. This warranty can be extended for up to 6 years.
You may also see other labels (for example Like New, Good, Fair, Salvage, or Refurbished) on some listings. Ask in store if you want more detail on a specific unit.
Warranties
Most of our appliances come with a manufacturer warranty included.
For items without a manufacturer warranty, we offer the option to add coverage through CPS.
Ask in store for details about warranty options for your specific appliance.
Financing
We offer multiple financing options to fit your needs.
Approval and terms are determined by our lender partners at the time of application.
